N4 Price and Specs, Mahindra Bolero Neo

N4 is the entry Bolero Neo, the more modern, SUV-styled cousin of the classic Bolero. It runs the stronger 1.5 litre mHawk100 diesel with 98.6 bhp and 260 Nm, rear wheel drive and a rated 17.29 kmpl. This is a tough body-on-frame seven seater that looks and drives more like a real SUV than the old Bolero.

As the base trim the N4 keeps things simple, with two front airbags and no touchscreen, alloy wheels or cruise control. What you gain over the classic Bolero is the stronger engine, the more modern styling and a more car-like feel, on the same rugged underpinnings.

Choose the N4 if you want the toughest, cheapest Bolero Neo for rural and semi-urban use and you do not need features. The N10 (R) is the value pick with a screen, camera, cruise and alloys, so most buyers should look there.
