The Tekna EZ Shift takes the top Tekna trim and fits the automatic gearbox. It uses the 1.0 litre 72 PS petrol and front wheel drive, now with a self-shifter. At ₹8.64 Lakh it seats seven and claims 19.6 kmpl, slightly ahead of the manual.

Here is the catch. The data does not list cruise control on the Tekna EZ Shift. The cheaper manual Tekna does list it, so the automatic buyer loses that feature. The 20.32 cm (8 inch) floating touchscreen stays, along with six airbags. There are no alloys, sunroof or camera recorded on this trim.
