The Shine is the top naturally aspirated C3, priced at ₹7.78 lakh. It keeps the 1.2 litre petrol with 82 PS and 115 Nm and a manual gearbox rather than the turbo unit. Drive runs to the front wheels, with seating for five. It is the priciest C3 you can buy without stepping up to turbo power.

As the highest non-turbo grade, the Shine is the best equipped version of the standard petrol C3. The engine and its 19.8 kmpl rating match the cheaper trims, so you pay for the higher grade rather than more pace. It is the flagship if you do not want the turbo.

The Shine suits buyers who want the fullest kit but are happy with the relaxed naturally aspirated engine. If you want more punch, the Shine Turbo uses this grade with the 110 PS engine. Dual Tone and Dark Edition versions add cosmetic styling on top.
