Shine Turbo AT Price and Specs, Citroen C3

The Shine Turbo AT brings an automatic gearbox to the turbocharged C3, at ₹9.60 lakh. The 1.2 litre turbo petrol still makes 110 PS, but torque climbs to 205 Nm with the automatic. Drive goes to the front wheels, and it seats five. This is the cheapest route into an automatic C3.

The automatic is the main draw, adding easy city driving and a higher 205 Nm against the manual turbo's 190 Nm. The extra torque helps most in stop-start traffic and quick overtakes. Claimed economy dips to 18.3 kmpl, the trade-off for the self-shifting gearbox.

Pick the Shine Turbo AT if you want the turbo engine with the ease of an automatic gearbox. It costs about ₹71,000 more than the Shine Turbo manual for that automatic. The Dual Tone, Dark Edition and Sport Edition automatics add styling on top of this same drivetrain. If you are happy shifting for yourself, the manual turbo trims cost noticeably less.
