The HTK Hybrid 6-Seater is the cheapest way to combine the Sorento's petrol hybrid with captain seats. It costs ₹34.19 lakh and uses the 1.6 litre turbo petrol hybrid with a 177.5 bhp engine, a 64 bhp motor and a 6 speed automatic.

The hybrid suits families who spend a lot of time in city traffic. At crawling speeds it can run on the electric motor, which keeps the cabin quiet. Kia also fits a virtual engine sound system to the hybrid, which plays a sound outside at low speeds so pedestrians can hear the car coming.

The middle row has two captain seats, and the cabin gets the full HTK kit: a 360 camera, the curved twin 12.3 inch screens, BOSE sound, ventilated front seats and a panoramic sunroof.
