Overview

The HTX Hybrid 6-Seater AWD combines the petrol hybrid, all wheel drive and captain seats with the HTX luxury kit, for ₹39.19 lakh. The 1.6 litre turbo petrol and 64 bhp motor send power to all four wheels through a 6 speed automatic.

All wheel drive brings Snow, Mud and Sand modes, so the Sorento copes better with wet hill roads or a sandy track to a holiday home. Inside, the captain seats have wing type headrests, and both front and rear seats are ventilated. The front seats also recline into a relaxation position at the touch of a button.

You get 10 airbags, a head up display, built in navigation, a digital key, a dashcam and remote smart parking assist. ADAS is not included at this level. If you want it, the HTX(A) Hybrid 6-Seater AWD costs ₹1 lakh more and adds Level 2+ ADAS with highway driving assist.
