N-Connecta Price and Specs, Nissan Magnite

The N-Connecta marks the point where the Magnite starts to feel better dressed. It uses the familiar 1.0 litre naturally aspirated petrol at 71 bhp, a manual gearbox, front wheel drive and five seats. Sitting in the middle of the range, it adds visual kit that the cheaper trims go without.

The big changes are R16 dual-tone diamond-cut alloy wheels and a 20.32 cm, or 8 inch, floating touchscreen. Both are fresh over the Acenta, which uses a plain 9 inch screen and no alloys. Safety is the standard six airbags with dual front, side and curtain bags. There is still no cruise control at this level, and claimed economy is 19.9 kmpl.

Pick the N-Connecta if the alloy wheels and floating touchscreen matter to you. It suits buyers who want the Magnite to look the part without paying turbo or Tekna money. If you want cruise control, the Tekna sits just above, and the N-Connecta Turbo adds the stronger engine.
