Tekna is where the Tekton gains its big safety and comfort features, priced at ₹15.39 lakh. It sticks with the 1.0 litre T160 turbo petrol, making 100 PS and 166 Nm through a manual. Front wheel drive and five seats continue. The appeal here is the equipment, not extra power over the base cars.

This trim adds Level 2 ADAS with 15 features, ventilated front seats and R18 diamond-cut alloy wheels. Cruise control and the 10.1 inch Tek-Link HD touchscreen are included too. Six airbags stay on. It is the first Tekton you can buy with driver assistance and cooled seats.

Pick the Tekna if you want ADAS, ventilated seats and diamond-cut alloys but are happy with the smaller 1.0 litre engine and a manual. It suits feature-focused city buyers. For the same kit with more power, the Tekna Turbo uses the 1.3 litre engine. That step costs about a lakh more.
