Overview

The HTK Diesel is the first Seltos diesel with alloy wheels, and it costs ₹15.04 lakh. It uses the 114 bhp, 250 Nm diesel with a 6 speed manual, rated at 19.4 kmpl.

Unlike the HTK Petrol manual, which stays on steel wheels, the diesel gets 17 inch crystal cut alloys. The HTK step also brings a smart key with push button start, automatic flush door handles and auto folding mirrors. You also get a hidden rear wiper, a rear defogger and a steering wheel that adjusts for both height and reach. Rear sunshades and a parcel shelf complete the list.

Things you still do not get include the panoramic sunroof, wireless charging and front parking sensors. The HTK (O) Diesel adds those for ₹1.10 lakh more. If your budget is fixed around ₹15 lakh and you drive mostly on highways, this trim covers the basics well. Street parkers will also like the mirrors folding in on their own.
