The HTX (A) Petrol is the cheapest Seltos with Level 2 ADAS and a 360 camera. It costs ₹17.02 lakh and keeps the 113 bhp petrol with a 6 speed manual, rated at 16.5 kmpl.

The (A) in the name stands for the ADAS pack. On this manual it covers forward collision avoidance, lane keeping, blind spot collision warning and avoidance, rear cross traffic alerts and high beam assist. You also get the 360 camera with a blind view monitor, side parking sensors and the Trinity panoramic display, which puts a 12.3 inch digital cluster beside the touchscreen.

Two ADAS features need the automatic: smart cruise control with stop and go, and reverse parking collision avoidance. The manual still has regular cruise control. It rides on 16 inch steel wheels and has no power seat. The HTX (A) Petrol IVT adds the missing pieces for ₹1.30 lakh more. On a manual, the lane keeping and collision avoidance features still work as normal.
