MX Edge ZNG MT Price and Specs, Mahindra XUV 3XO

MX Edge ZNG MT is the cheapest way into a factory fitted CNG XUV 3XO, at ₹9.99 Lakh ex-showroom. ZNG is Mahindra's name for its CNG version. It pairs the 1.2 litre TCMPFi turbo petrol with twin CNG cylinders and a six-speed manual, and makes the same 110 bhp and 200 Nm on either fuel.

The kit is sensible rather than fancy. You get a 26.03 centimetre HD touchscreen with wireless Android Auto and wired Apple CarPlay, four speakers, cruise control, a rear view camera and rear AC vents. Six airbags, ESC and ISOFIX mounts come as standard, as on every 3XO. There is no sunroof, no alloy wheels and no push-button start here.

The trade off for CNG is boot space, which drops from 364 litres to 270 litres because the cylinders sit under the luggage floor. Mahindra certifies 24.7 km/kg.
