Overview

The Highline Plus manual adds the feature many buyers want most, an electric sunroof, for ₹13.91 lakh. Power comes from the 1.0L TSI petrol with 113.98 bhp and 178 Nm, paired with a manual gearbox and front wheel drive. The five seater claims 20.08 kmpl on the manual.

On top of the Highline kit you gain the electric sunroof. The 25.65 cm (10.1 inch) VW Play touchscreen, 16 inch Scimitar alloy wheels and cruise control all carry over. Ventilated seats are still reserved for the Topline and the 1.5 litre trims above it.

This trim makes sense if the sunroof matters and you are happy with the efficient 1.0 manual. It costs only a little more than the plain Highline manual, so the sunroof is easy to justify. If you want the same sunroof with an automatic, check the Highline Plus AT. You pay only a little over the Highline manual for that glass roof.
