GLC 400 4MATIC Price and Specs, Mercedes-Benz Electric GLC

The GLC 400 4MATIC is the only Electric GLC on sale in India, so this page covers the whole range. Mercedes lists it at an indicative ₹78.50 Lakh ex-showroom, ₹1.50 Lakh above the petrol GLC 300 and ₹50,000 above the diesel GLC 220d. The price can rise with the options you add.

Two electric motors drive all four wheels with 360 kW, quoted as 489 hp, and 800 Nm. Mercedes claims 4.3 seconds from 0 to 100 km/h and a 210 km/h top speed. The 94 kWh usable battery gives a quoted WLTP range of up to 711 km. A DC charger of up to 330 kW takes it from 10 to 80% in 22 minutes.

The kit comes as one fixed set. You get AMG Line styling, Digital Light headlamps and an illuminated grille with up to 942 lit pixels. The cabin carries the 39.1-inch MBUX Hyperscreen, face recognition for the driver's profile and a Burmester 3D system with 15 speakers, 670 watts and Dolby Atmos. The SKY CONTROL roof turns from clear to opaque in nine zones.

Space is generous for a midsize SUV. The boot takes 570 litres, the front trunk another 128 litres, and 1,740 litres opens up with the rear seats folded. Comfort suspension with passive selective dampers is fitted. Level 2 driver assistance is standard, and Mercedes says Steering Assist can be added later by an over-the-air upgrade.

Choose it if you can charge at home or at work and want the quickest GLC. Buyers get either a wall-mounted AC charger kit or 2,500 kWh of public charging credit valid for two years. Check what it costs on-road in your city before you book.
