One Electric GLC: the GLC 400 4MATIC
Mercedes sells the Electric GLC here in a single specification. Every buyer gets two motors, all-wheel drive, the 94 kWh battery and the same 711 km WLTP range. What changes from one buyer to the next is the colour and any options added.
Standard kit includes AMG Line styling, Digital Light headlamps and an illuminated grille with up to 942 lit pixels. Inside, the 39.1-inch MBUX Hyperscreen spans the dashboard and face recognition loads the driver's profile. Open the GLC 400 4MATIC variant page for the full list.
Electric GLC or Petrol GLC
The petrol GLC 300 4MATIC costs ₹77.00 Lakh and the diesel GLC 220d 4MATIC ₹78.00 Lakh. Going electric adds ₹1.50 Lakh over the petrol car and ₹50,000 over the diesel. For that you get twice the petrol car's torque and a 0 to 100 km/h time that is 1.9 seconds quicker.
The electric car is also 140 mm longer and 75 mm wider. Its main boot is 50 litres smaller than the petrol GLC's 620 litres, but the front trunk more than makes up for it. Weigh both on the petrol and diesel GLC variant page.
