The Sharp Pro MT is where the MG Astor feels genuinely loaded, while keeping the manual gearbox. At ₹13.37 lakh it uses the same 1.5 litre petrol, front wheel drive and five seats, with a claimed 15.43 kmpl. On price it sits just below the automatic trims in the range.

Over the Select MT you gain a 360-degree around-view camera, R17 dual-tone machined alloy wheels and front ventilated seats. It keeps the 6 airbags, the panoramic sunroof, cruise control and the 25.7 cm (10.1 inch) HD touchscreen. The one thing still missing is the Level 2 ADAS suite, which only the Savvy Pro carries.

Pick the Sharp Pro MT if you like the idea of a fully kitted manual and prefer to shift gears yourself. The ventilated front seats and 360-degree camera make daily driving and parking easier. If you would rather have an automatic, the Sharp Pro CVT offers the same kit with a self-shifting gearbox.
