Audi Launches the All-New Q3 in India at ₹51.99 Lakh
Audi's locally assembled compact luxury SUV comes in Nova and Zenith trims, priced at ₹51.99 lakh and ₹55.99 lakh, with quattro all-wheel drive on both.

Audi India launched the all-new Q3 on 16 October 2026 at an introductory price of ₹51.99 lakh ex-showroom. The compact luxury SUV is assembled locally at Skoda Auto Volkswagen India's plant in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, and quattro all-wheel drive comes on both trims.
Audi's booking site lists two trims, the Nova at ₹51.99 lakh and the Zenith at ₹55.99 lakh. The press release names only the starting price. Balbir Singh Dhillon, Brand Director of Audi India, called the Q3 "an important gateway to the Audi brand in India."
Engine and Performance
Both trims use a 2.0-litre TFSI petrol engine that makes 150 kW (204 PS) and 320 Nm. Power goes to all four wheels through a 7-speed S tronic gearbox.
Audi quotes 0 to 100 km/h in 7.1 seconds and a top speed of 229 km/h. The quattro system uses an electronically controlled multi-plate clutch and keeps adjusting how torque is shared. Audi drive select has five modes, including Offroad+, which works with downhill assist on steep descents.

Zenith Adds Matrix LEDs, SONOS and Nine Airbags
Audi's brochure marks several of the launch highlights as Zenith only. They include Digital Matrix LED headlights with 25,600 micro-LEDs, which Audi says are a first in the compact segment.
The Zenith also gets a SONOS sound system with 12 speakers and 420 W, a head-up display, progressive steering and nine airbags. Audi has not stated the Nova's airbag count.
Equipment on Both Trims
Every Q3 gets a curved panoramic display that pairs a 30.22 cm (11.9 inch) Audi virtual cockpit plus with a 32.51 cm (12.8 inch) MMI touchscreen. Wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto are included.
The gear selector has moved from the centre console to a stalk on the steering column. Audi says this frees space between the front seats for two cup holders and a storage compartment. Illuminated Audi rings at the rear appear on the Q3 for the first time.
Both trims also get a panoramic sunroof, three-zone climate control and heated electric front seats with driver memory. The rear seat slides and reclines, and the electric tailgate also opens with a foot gesture.
On the safety side, both trims get adaptive cruise control, front emergency brake assist and a driver attention monitor. Park Assist plus can park the car within its operating limits. A reversing assistant can steer back along the last 50 m driven while the driver controls speed.
Ownership Packages
Audi offers roadside assistance plans of up to 15 years, plus service and extended warranty packages of up to 10 years each. Finance runs up to 10 years, with balloon EMIs and assured buyback offers.
Audi's introductory offer lists 2-year and 5-year comprehensive service value packages, each with a 2+3-year extended warranty.
How It Compares With the GLA and X1
BMW's website starts the X1 at ₹52.90 lakh with the sDrive18d diesel, ₹91,000 more than the Q3 Nova.
The Mercedes-Benz GLA 200 uses a 120 kW petrol engine, and Mercedes offers 4MATIC all-wheel drive only on the GLA's diesel versions. The Q3 pairs a petrol engine with all-wheel drive from its entry trim.
| Model | Fuel | Power | Drive |
|---|---|---|---|
| Audi Q3 Nova | Petrol | 150 kW | quattro all-wheel drive |
| Mercedes-Benz GLA 200 | Petrol | 120 kW | Two-wheel drive |
| BMW X1 sDrive18d | Diesel | 110 kW | Two-wheel drive |
Audi's booking site still lists the previous Q3 from ₹43.67 lakh, which puts the new model ₹8.32 lakh higher at the entry point.
