S CVT Price and Specs, Honda Amaze 2nd Gen

The S CVT gives the older Amaze a two pedal automatic for ₹7.80 lakh ex-showroom, ₹82,100 more than the manual. It uses the same 1.2 litre i-VTEC petrol with 90 PS and 110 Nm, and Honda certifies it at 18.30 kmpl, a little below the manual.

Equipment matches the S manual almost item for item: two airbags, ABS, ISOFIX, rear parking sensors, manual air conditioning, power windows and power-folding mirrors, plus Bluetooth audio with steering controls. The CVT adds a shift position indicator in the meter in place of the manual's leather gear boot.

Choose the S CVT if most of your driving is in slow city traffic and you want the cheapest automatic Honda. It is ₹90,600 cheaper than the newer Amaze V CVT, which brings six airbags, stability control, a touchscreen and paddle shifters for that extra money.
