The V CVT pairs the base Amaze trim with an automatic gearbox, priced at ₹8.70 lakh. Power comes from the 1.2 litre i-VTEC petrol, rated at 90 PS and 110 Nm and driving the front wheels. The CVT lifts claimed economy to 19.46 kmpl. That makes it the most efficient way to get into an automatic Amaze, at least on paper.

Equipment stays at base level, so you get six airbags and the 20.3 cm (8 inch) HD touchscreen with IPS display. There is no reversing camera here, since that begins on the VX. This automatic also skips the adaptive cruise control found only on the ZX.
