The V is the entry point at ₹7.65 Lakh, covering the essentials for a first sedan. Step to the VX at ₹8.65 Lakh and you gain the comfort and convenience items most buyers want. The ZX tops the range at ₹9.39 Lakh as a manual, and it is the only grade with Honda Sensing driver aids. For many, the VX hits the sweet spot between price and kit.

Manual or CVT on the Amaze
Every Amaze grade offers a choice of gearbox. The manual keeps the price down and suits drivers who enjoy shifting for themselves. The CVT costs about a lakh more per grade and removes the clutch, which pays off in heavy traffic. The V CVT sits at ₹8.70 Lakh and the ZX CVT caps the range at ₹10 Lakh.
There is a small bonus with the automatic: it reads slightly better on the mileage rating. If your commute is mostly stop and go, weigh the Amaze mileage by gearbox before you decide.
