Should a Delhi buyer pick the 7 seat Pack Three Above over the 6-Seater?
If you can live with the bench, yes. Ex-showroom the gap is only ₹20,000, but the 6-Seater's road tax widens it to about ₹3.2 lakh on the road in Delhi. The features are identical.
Can the XEV 9S do Delhi to Chandigarh without a charging stop?
Yes. Chandigarh is about 250 km away, well inside even the 521 km rating of the 59 kWh car. Charge up before the drive back on hot days, when the AC works hard and range drops.
